Great Gift for the Truly Conscious -An Atomic Watch
Do you have someone on your gift list that is a real stickler for being on time? If you do, you can get them a gift that will make them very happy in the form of an atomic watch. Casio has a great entry into the atomic watch market with their Casio Wave Ceptor wrist watch. It has a stainless steel ruggedly built case and a very sturdy band and is made to be worn by an active person.
Atomic clocks periodically link up to the atomic clock in Colorado and syncs the time so it is always deadly accurate. This Casio is no different, it receives time calibration radio signals which keep the displayed time accurate and has an internally installed signal receptor within the watch that is not visible in any way on the watch. The watch can be set for automatic synchronization or manual-whichever mode the wearer prefers.
Other bells and whistles on this watch are the ability to keep worldwide time in 29 different time zones and 30 different cities, perfect for the person that travels or has a lot of My Space friends. You can turn daylight savings on or off and the watch will automatically update itself to reflect the change.
Date is also displayed and there are 4 daily alarms and one snooze alarm. The handy auto calendar is preprogrammed until the year 2096. The battery comes installed and will last around 2 years before it needs replacing.
